Basic Steps in the Passport Process (allow 6
weeks)
1. Application 16 years or older $67. Make check payable to Passport
Agency.
2. Application 15 years or younger $52. Make check payable to Passport
Agency.
3. Clerk filing fee for all applications $30. CASH only.
4. Color photo, 2x2, taken within the past 6 months.
5. Proof of citizenship i.e. Certified Birth Certificate.
6. Proof of identity i.e. Drivers License.
7. Expedited service $60. (2 weeks) Make check payable to Passport Agency.
