Getting Married and Civil Unions at the Court House
    1. Obtain Marriage License or Civil Union from County Clerk 815 740-4615
    2. Come to the Court House. No appointment is necessary.
    3. Marriage and Civil Union hours are M-F 11am to 11:45am and 3pm to 3:45pm
        Sat 8:30am
    4. Fee is $10.
